She became cold and distant a few weeks ago and I eventually found out it was because she was seeing someone else and wants to be with him instead. She even said we could still be friends but I couldn't think of anything worse.
We'd been seeing each other for nearly a year, gone on so many dates, spent so much time together, planned on doing so much in the future and going places and now just... nothing.
I still can't stop thinking about her and want to move on but I can't let go. I feel like it's destroying my mental health.
